Effective September 10, 2026. This policy explains the information used to operate FatGuyTesla.com and fulfill FGT Collection orders.
Checkout can collect your name, email, telephone number, shipping and billing details, purchased products, payment status, and support messages. The site may also receive ordinary security and server-log data such as IP address, browser type, and request time.
Payment details are entered into Stripe’s secure checkout components and are not stored by FatGuyTesla.com. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
Information is used to calculate shipping and tax, process payment, produce and deliver merchandise, prevent fraud and duplicate orders, provide customer support, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Order data is shared as necessary with Stripe for payment, Printful for production and delivery, and Vercel for website hosting and security. These providers may process data in other countries under their own policies and legal obligations.
The store uses your browser’s local storage to keep the shopping cart and checkout attempt identifier. Clearing site data removes those local values. The store does not use that cart storage to sell personal information.
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email fatguytesla@modeos.app. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
We do not sell personal information. To request access, correction, deletion, or to opt out of any sale/sharing if that ever applies, email fatguytesla@modeos.app with the subject “Privacy request”.
The marketing site uses essential hosting cookies from Vercel when needed. Checkout uses Stripe (payments) and Printful (fulfillment). See sections above for processor details. YouTube/social links are third-party destinations with their own policies.
