Where we ship
An order can be placed only when live checkout returns a shipping method for the selected products and delivery address. Product or regional restrictions can make some destinations unavailable.

Effective September 10, 2026. FGT merchandise is made to order. Review the product, color, and product-specific size guide before purchasing.
Shipping costs and timing
Shipping and applicable tax are shown before payment. Delivery estimates include production and transit but are not guaranteed. Items may arrive in separate packages. International duties or import charges not collected at checkout may be the recipient’s responsibility.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Email fatguytesla@modeos.app promptly with the order number, a description, and clear photographs. Quality claims should be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Do not mail an item back unless return instructions are provided.
Lost packages
Contact us if tracking does not resolve the delivery. Lost-package claims should be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so the carrier and fulfillment provider can be contacted in time.
Size, color, and change of mind
Because each item is made to order, routine returns or exchanges are not offered for a correctly supplied item when a different size, color, or design is preferred, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Address changes and cancellation
Email us immediately. A change or cancellation cannot be promised after production or shipping begins. If a parcel is returned because of an address problem, any reshipping charge will be disclosed before proceeding.
